Transition Coordinating Councils

Pennsylvania’s transition community got uh rich history of helping yute an’ young adults successfully transition from school tuh adult life. Since 1990 our state’s Local Transition Coordinating Councils (LTCCs) have played an instrumental role in dis process. There are over 70 Local Transition Coordinating Councils (LTCCs) operating across Pennsylvania. Wid cross-stakeholder representation, many meet several times throughout de year tuh share information an’ resources. Some Councils hold interagency staffings tuh identify potential supports an’ services dat might be available fuh transitioning yute. Others focus pon de development an' delivery uh projects, products, an’ activities. Fuh yute, families, an’ all other transition stakeholders, de LTCCs are uh primary contact fuh local supports an’ resources related tuh secondary transition.
