De individual is employed at uh location where dem interact wid other employees with an’ without disabilities.

Alternatives
Other considerations tuh Competitive Integrated Employment might include de development uh Supported Employment or Discovery an’ Customized Employment.
Exploring Employment
Throughout de school experience, students should be exposed to opportunities tuh explore careers as well as develop skills to prepare fuh careers, obtain employment, learn employability skills, an’ explore entrepreneurship. These skills are provided in schools through de PA Career Education an’ Work Standards, de PA Career Ready Skills, an’ through partnerships wid outside agencies.
